The Hempire Media in conjunction with Beneath the surface and Sky Klinic Studios is back with another anticipated mixtape release following the previous 2 tape compilations from the camp in the past years from the RAPtivist “L7”.
With L7s EP barely a year old, he prepares to drop the 3rd
edition of “The Str TV Mix-tape compilation” series featuring some of the
finest emcees from across the planet. With new producer signings to the Hempire
roster happening in “the year of the SirVen” as L7 puts it, the tape features
all the new additions with the rest of the extended family also making an
appearance namely: Propound Beats, The illest, Keeno, Baron Samedi, Sta B, Omen
Taseti and Brotherhood of The Mic, th 3rd tape kicks it up a notch by
adding a High profile guest star that needs no introduction from Kool-Out -
“Reason”.
Carrying on tradition, the Tape also features an
international guest star and sees Cannibal Ox’s “Vast Aire” making an appearance
with his latest single “Dark Metropolis”. The tape features acts like “Ace Of Spades”, “Nuhtkays”,
“Power of Thought”, “Joint Pusher” and with producers like MBZet, Sta B, Apollo
Brown (USA), Empne (Greece) and more Jumping in, the tape promises to be a dope
project.
Without losing touch, the tape will drop in two formats as a
mixed tape mixed by “DJ I Am Earth” in 2018 and a deluxe version of the tape
will be released on www.radiosteez.com
and will be made available for stream and free download on L7s Audiomack and The Hempires Soundcloud pages respectfully.
